Guided Hike at Monte Barro – A Scenic Escape into Nature

After the summer heat, it’s time to get outdoors, move our bodies, and reconnect with nature. Our guided day hike takes us to Monte Barro, the first mountain north of Milan, and one of Lombardy’s hidden gems.

Just an hour from the city, Monte Barro offers sweeping views over Lake Como, the Alps, and the rolling Brianza hills. The loop trail winds through chestnut forests and limestone paths, with wildflowers, birdsong, and breathtaking vistas at every turn.

This isn’t just a hike — it’s a journey through history and ecology. Along the way, we’ll pass the ruins of a 5th-century fortress, panoramic lookouts like Pian Sciresa, and a biodiversity park teeming with protected species.
