About MWN

 

Milan Women Network is not a private club and not a traditional networking organisation.

 

It is a founder - led community built through shared experiences and women who continue to show up for one another.

​

Since 2023, more than 1,800 women have taken part in over 250 curated experiences, creating friendships, professional opportunities, and relationships that continue well beyond the events themselves.

​

MWN was founded by Katia Kokoreva, whose background combines fashion and psychology.

 

After returning to Milan following years in New York, she recognised how difficult it could be to build meaningful relationships in a city full of possibilities.

 

What began as one brunch grew into the kind of community she had been looking for herself: open, curious, supportive, and genuinely engaged.

Women join us for many different reasons. Some are looking for friendship, others for inspiration, professional growth, cultural experiences, or simply something interesting to be part of.

 

There is no single type of MWN member, and that diversity is one of the things we value most.

​

As the community has grown, so have the opportunities around it.

 

We collaborate with selected brands, venues, and organisations to give our members access to experiences and discoveries that add something meaningful to their life in Milan.

​

But at the centre of everything are the women themselves. They are our identity.
