Founded in October 2023 by Katia Kokoreva,

a true visionary professional with a successful modeling career and a degree in psychology,

MWN is more than just a network—it's a vibrant community where women from diverse backgrounds come together to connect, empower, inspire and support each other.

Our journey began with a simple social gathering , where a small group of strangers quickly bonded

over shared experiences, that set the tone for what MWN represents—authenticity, inclusivity, and empowerment.

Since then, our community had rapidly grown, with members finding new friendships, valuable mentorship opportunities, and a supportive environment to explore personal and professional growth.

From workshops and masterclasses to fun gatherings and networking events, we offer a wide range of activities designed to enrich the lives of our members.

Within 12 months of the launch we connected over 1000 English speaking women in Milan.
