How Milan Helped Me Redefine Feminine Power, Luxury & Abundance

When I arrived in Milan a decade ago, I was standing at a crossroads. I had already built my academic foundation in psychology. I knew how the mind works. I understood behaviour, trauma, patterns, identity.
But something inside me was asking for expansion… and not just intellectually, but aesthetically, spiritually, and energetically.
Milan felt like the right place to answer that call.
What I didn’t know then was that this city would become the container for a deep integration of psychology, luxury, feminine embodiment, and eventually, a completely new understanding of power.
From Psychology to Fashion — And Back Again
When I moved to Italy, I decided to step into another passion of mine: fashion and luxury branding.
I enrolled in programs at the famous Istituto Marangoni, the school of fashion, art and design where I studied Fashion and Luxury Brand Management and got my Masters in Personal Branding.
I immersed myself in a world that, on the surface, seemed very different from psychology.
But was it really?
Luxury is about perception.
Branding is about identity.
Fashion is about expression.
And psychology sits beneath all of it.
I began to see that the external world of image, and the internal world of self-worth are inseparable.
The way a woman dresses, walks, speaks, chooses - it all reflects her inner narrative.
And that realisation changed everything.

Milan Kept Showing Me This One Thing About Women…
Long before Milan, I was already immersed in the feminine universe.
I worked as a fashion model. I collaborated with magazines. I was surrounded by women constantly.
They were ambitious, creative, brilliant women.
The luxury industry is, in many ways, built around women.
Our beauty. Our presence. Our aesthetic power.
But I also witnessed something deeper…behind the glamour, there were insecurities.
Behind the elegance, there were doubts. And behind the confidence, there were wounds.
Then I changed countries.
Moving to Milan exposed me to women from different cultures, mentalities, emotional patterns.
And despite nationality or background, I kept observing the same thing -
women are far more powerful than they believe.
And yet, many of us disconnect from that power.
That’s when I became passionate about something I now call the art of being a woman.

The True Meaning Behind The Art of Being a Woman
Elegance is not about expensive clothes. It’s about embodiment. The way you walk into a room. The way your shoulders rest and hold eye contact. The way you place your fork down while eating.
The tone you use when you speak.
All of it communicates something.
Posture is energetic language.
When you stand tall — not rigid, but grounded — your nervous system shifts.
When you move slowly instead of rushing, your presence expands.
When your voice is steady and intentional, people listen differently.
The world mirrors us.
If we rush, it rushes. If we shrink, it overlooks us. If we embody calm confidence, it responds accordingly.
This is not theory. It’s psychology, energy, and lived experience.
Over time, I began exploring practices that help women return to this embodied state.
Free movement dance , not choreography, but intuitive movement , reconnects us with the body’s natural intelligence.
Ecstatic dance allows emotional release without explanation.
Voice activation practices help women reclaim sound where they use tone to activate confidence. Because the vibration of your own voice changes your internal state.
Oracle card rituals reconnect intuition.
Kirtan chanting softens control and invites devotion.
Even something as simple as wearing silk — a fabric traditionally considered high vibrational — shifts how we feel in our own skin.
These practices are not about performance. They’re about alignment.
Why We Should Honour The Lunar Rhythms & Feminine Cycles
At some point, I began paying closer attention to the moon.
The female body is cyclical. Our energy is not linear, and the moon reflects this truth visibly every month.
New moon is intention.
Full moon is illumination.
During new moons, I encourage women to pause. Light a candle. Journal intentions. Move gently. Wrap yourself in something soft. Speak your desires out loud.
During full moons, release. Dance more intensely. Write what you’re ready to let go of. Use your voice. Let emotions surface.
When we align with cycles instead of fighting them, we stop judging ourselves for changing moods, changing desires, changing speeds.
We start honouring them.
And that’s powerful.
Money Is Energy — And So Is Luxury
At some point in my journey, I had to confront another topic: money.
In the luxury industry, money is everywhere.
But few people talk about their relationship with it.
Money is energy. It moves. It flows. It responds to perception.
If we grip it in fear, it contracts. If we circulate it with awareness, it expands.
I began noticing that when I invested in my growth through education, travel, mentorship, self-development…opportunities expanded in unexpected ways.
Spending with intention is different from spending impulsively. Investing with trust is different from clinging to security.
To receive, we must also give. Energy cannot stagnate
This doesn’t mean being irresponsible. It means understanding flow.
When you trust your value, you price differently. You negotiate differently. You show up differently.
Luxury mindset is not about excess.
It’s about self-worth.
And self-worth changes how money moves around you.

Bali, Expansion, and Subtle Influence
I have to admit, over the past few years, I’ve been drawn to Bali again and again.
I didn’t initially analyse why. But each visit softened something in me.
The rhythm of the island, the ceremonies, the way spirituality and daily life coexist without explanation. It influenced me — maybe subtly, maybe profoundly.
Sometimes transformation doesn’t happen through strategy. It happens through exposure.
Through being in environments that activate a different frequency inside you.
Bali did that for me.
And Milan did too, but in a completely different way.
One taught me structure and excellence. The other reminded me of flow and surrender.
Both shaped the woman I am today.
Why This Matters
After working with so many women in fashion, in psychology, in coaching, I’m convinced of one thing:
If more women truly understood their feminine energy, the world would shift.
Feminine energy is not a weakness. It is a creative force.
It is Earth energy.
It is generative power.
When women embody confidence instead of seeking validation…and when we move with intention instead of rushing…and when we treat our presence as art…
We become magnetic.
And magnetism changes reality.
Today, my personal brand integrates everything I’ve lived: psychology, luxury, embodiment, spirituality.
The outer image reflects the inner alignment. The inner alignment shapes the outer results.
And this is the work I now share with other women.
Because feminine energy is far more powerful than we were taught to believe.
And when we reclaim it — consciously — we don’t just elevate ourselves.
We elevate the world around us.
