Oracle Card Readings (by Brianna Taddeo)
What Are Oracle Card Readings?
Intuitive oracle readings help you receive clear, loving guidance from your personal spirit guides and angels.
In our sessions, I bring a deep sensitivity to energy and emotion, which allows me to gently attune to what you may be feeling beneath the surface, sometimes before you’ve found the words.
With this awareness, the messages that come through are not only insightful, but often arrive at just the right moment with the clarity or affirmation you’ve been needing.
These readings support you in building trust in your own spiritual connection and help illuminate the path ahead, grounded in presence, mindfulness, and your soul’s wisdom.
What Are The Benefits of Oracle Card Readings?
Readings are beneficial for many different reasons.
On the one hand, they help us have a practical or tangible way of perceiving what our intuition and spirit team are trying to tell us. These readings help us clarify what we already know inside and help us use our human senses to perceive divine guidance.
Rather than trying to understand communication in our daily routes (through signs, symbols and snippets here and there, or media that seems to relate to what decisions you’re trying to make) this is a way of being able to have a direct conversation, with questions and answers, about any situation going on.

Oracle readings can help in many different angles of guidance, if there’s an important life decision, confirmation that what we’re feeling is our inner truth, understanding which boundaries need to be made when we feel cloudy in our feelings, helping us focus on our next steps, not from a place of opinion but from our unique path…and much more!
I personally do a reading every morning to help set the tone for the day, to understand what kind of a day I’m going to have and to help me understand if there are any patterns, habits or behaviours I need to look out for to help me develop inner peace in every aspect of my day and life.
Then, as my day goes, if there are any situations in which I feel I need more clarity, I know my oracle readings are always there to help clarify and guide me on anything my intuition needs help with!
If discovering more about oracle readings fascinates you, I’d love to connect with you on Instagram.

Sound Healing (by Maria Nguyen-Nhu)
What Is Sound Healing?
In a sound healing session, vibrations from singing bowls gently travel through the body, calming the nervous system and guiding the mind into deep rest.
A trained therapist directs the frequencies allowing your system to shift into balance.
You don’t need to do anything - just lie down and let go.
At the heart of my sessions are Tibetan singing bowls and gongs - instruments whose deep vibrations are both heard and felt.
This is where transformation begins.
As the vibrations flow through, tension melts. The mind quiets and something deeper begins to settle: a sense of clarity and a return to Self.
My training as a classical pianist allows me to bring sensitivity, deep listening, and flow into each session, cultivating an atmosphere of inner alignment and stillness.

What Are The Benefits Of Sound Healing?
One of my clients, an overworked dentist, came with chronic sleep issues and pain. He knew nothing about sound therapy, as his daughter had booked the session. He fell asleep, something he hadn’t managed to do for months.
Afterward, he described a deep calm that stayed with him and better sleep. He had even seen colours, something that surprised him. Weeks later, he came back on his own:
“I’d honestly recommend this to anyone”.
Another client - a young woman new to the city - arrived feeling lost and emotionally drained. She had been taking antidepressants for a long time and experienced severe side effects, and cried before we began.
But after the session, she smiled gently. There was a new light in her eyes. Weeks later, she shared she had come off the medication.
“I feel emotionally balanced again”, she said, and that she’d begun changing her life.
But not everyone comes in crisis. Many come to prevent exhaustion, to fill their cup before it’s empty.
Because relaxation isn’t a reward. It’s a practice.
Like good food or movement, deep rest can become a ritual - a way to return to yourself. Many people believe deep relaxation is something you must earn - a reward after stress.
But what if it’s not a luxury, but a foundation? A foundation for clarity, health, and inner peace.
Is your body tired? Your mind spinning? Tired, but can’t relax?
In a time of constant input and speed, people often search for balance through therapy, medication, or distraction, and yet feel something is missing.
That’s where sound healing offers a gentle and effective doorway to inner balance.

Why Guided Sound Healing Sessions Matter
Sound healing has become more visible - and that’s a beautiful development. But like all therapeutic work, the quality depends on the person guiding it.
It’s about presence, awareness, and the ability to support others through inner shifts. That’s why I’ve completed certified training in sound healing therapy.
In 2024, I was invited to lead a sound bath at the Milan Longevity Summit, a premier global event featuring renowned experts in medicine, science, and health. The session highlighted how sound is increasingly valued for its regenerative and preventive power.
Why I Do This Work
I first came across sound healing by chance. Literally hearing a singing bowl. Even as a classical musician, I was amazed by its depth and vibration.
Later, I listened to a traditional doctor who had turned to sound medicine after it helped her heal where conventional medicine hadn’t.
Her story stayed with me.
Over time, I’ve seen how sound can touch something deep.
What moves me most is the stillness after a session…when someone opens their eyes with a soft smile, the room filled with peace.
Clients often describe the experience in words I couldn’t invent:
“I felt like I was floating through the universe”
“It was like a portal opened”
“I’ve never felt so deeply relaxed”, said an 85-year-old woman.
I love helping people activate their self-healing ability, and finding inner peace - all through the power of sound vibrations.
Sound invites us to listen and feel more deeply, to what really matters.
I was born and raised in Germany in a Vietnamese family and speak German, English, and Italian. Working across cultures and generations has taught me to hold space with care, and respect for each person’s rhythm.
I offer sessions in Milan and its surroundings, and internationally through select collaborations with individuals, teams, and wellness spaces.
Please feel free to connect with me on Instagram or LinkedIn to discover more or book a sound healing session.
Walking Meditation (by Alessia Boiko)
What Is Walking Meditation?
First, I’d love to clarify what meditation actually means, because it's often misunderstood.
In Tibetan, the word for meditation translates as "to become familiar with", meaning to become familiar with yourself.
It's not just about calming the mind, but about reconnecting with your inner world, learning how you work from the inside out. In a world filled with noise, roles, responsibilities, and constant stimulation, many of us lose touch with who we are beneath all the layers.
Meditation becomes a space to confront ourselves with honesty and curiosity. It reminds us that there's more to reality than what we perceive with our five senses.
It’s an act of remembrance - and a doorway to expanded awareness.
One of the most transformative tools I practice and share is walking meditation,
particularly as taught by Dr. Joe Dispenza.

Unlike traditional seated meditation, walking meditation is a moving ritual where each step becomes a conscious act of embodiment.
You walk as the person you intend to become - stepping out of your old self and into a future version of you, aligned with elevated emotions like gratitude, joy, and empowerment.
It’s a living expression of transformation. The body memorises a new emotional state through motion, breath, and presence.
I often practice it early in the morning, outside in nature, where the rhythm of walking allows thoughts to dissolve and a deeper self-awareness to rise.
Clients who have tried it often describe a sensation of renewal, as if something heavy was lifted. Many feel more confident, alive, and focused after even a single session.
Over the past years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding others toward this vast and beautiful world of meditation, energy, and inner awareness.
But I’ve also come to understand something important: being a teacher is not my mission.
I’m a seeker, a curious spirit, and someone who prefers to live the truth rather than preach it. I share what I’ve experienced, and if that inspires someone to look inward, then I feel fulfilled.
Meditation, to me, is not a solution - it’s a portal, it is the most powerful tool we have. And it’s free.
You don’t need a teacher, a mat, or a perfect setting.
You just need the willingness to sit with yourself. To listen. To feel.
It’s not about escaping life, but entering it more fully through your breath, your thoughts, your body.
For me, it’s a way to gain awareness, to find meaning behind what happens in life, and to stay open. It’s an intimate act of presence. It’s a date with yourself. A sacred appointment to remember who you are beyond the noise, beyond the roles, beyond the expectations.
And in a world where everything pulls you outward, that inner meeting becomes revolutionary.
So why miss it? Why postpone the moment when you finally come home to you?

What Are The Benefits Of Walking Meditations?
From a scientific point of view, meditation in general has the power to biologically and neurologically transform the body.
Dr. Joe Dispenza’s research shows that when we enter deep meditative states, our brainwaves shift from high-stress beta frequencies to slower alpha, theta, and even gamma frequencies - states associated with intuition, creativity, and healing.
Through consistent meditation, we downregulate genes responsible for stress and inflammation, and upregulate genes connected to repair and regeneration.
The heart and brain begin to work in coherent rhythm, enhancing emotional stability, immune function, and even longevity.
In essence, we are reconditioning the body to a new mind - freeing it from the emotional addictions of the past and teaching it to live in the present moment.
Meditation helps people not only feel better but biologically become better. It’s not mystical - it’s measurable. Watch this incredible documentary
How I Got Into This World Of Meditation
My journey began at the age of 16, driven by a quiet but persistent inner knowing. I was reading books on the Vedas, NLP, hypnosis, energy work, metaphysics, psychosomatics, and I tried many different forms of guided meditation.
After moving from Ukraine to Italy, life became about practical responsibilities: building relationships, raising my daughter.
But in 2018, I reached a moment of stillness in the midst of what looked like a "good life." Everything was fine on paper, yet I felt no inner spark. I remember thinking, “Is this it?” and “Who am I, really?”
That’s when I encountered the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza. His scientific explanation of meditation - how it affects the body, rewires the brain, and transforms emotional states - was the bridge I needed between mind and soul. I began practicing his meditations regularly.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with a tumour. That moment became the greatest teacher of my life.
It was the answer to my earlier question: Yes, there is more.
I finally had a full-time job - healing my body.
Equipped with the tools I had acquired over the years, I applied them diligently and experienced complete healing within six months, without any conventional intervention. (I’m happy to share my [testimonial in English] and [recent presentation in Italian]).
Since then, my curiosity has only grown.

What Else Am I Curious About?
I’ve attended many retreats by Dr. Joe Dispenza and have volunteered at his events. I traveled to Egypt for a special experience with Matías De Stefano, where we held night channeling sessions inside a great pyramid. I received initiation into the Modern Mystery School with Theresa Bullard, studied epigenetics with Bruce Lipton, and explored ancient wisdom with Gregg Braden.
I practiced the Energy Codes by Sue Morter and experienced the power of cold exposure and breathwork with Wim Hof. I studied energy healing and metaphysical anatomy with Evette Rose, and the fundamentals of quantum physics with Nassim Haramein.
I deep-dived into the emotional roots of disease through the work of Ryke Hamer, and explored how early trauma shapes the body and mind with Gabor Maté.
Along the way, I’ve had Human Design, numerology, and astrology readings, EFT sessions, and past life regressions.
Most recently, I completed a four-day Darkness Retreat — spending four full days in total darkness to reconnect with my essence beyond all external stimulation.
These are some of the other practices I’ve delved into to support my continuous personal growth and exploration.

Breathwork (by Brianna Taddeo)
What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork sessions are rooted in pranayama - the ancient yogic art of working with the breath to influence the energy, emotions, and health of the whole being.
We explore conscious breathing techniques that meet you where you are - whether you’re feeling anxious, heavy, disconnected, or simply seeking stillness.
Learning to work with your breath empowers you to regulate your nervous system, release stuck emotions, and return to a state of inner balance.
Over time, these practices become more than a moment of calm - they become tools for self-healing and transformation that live inside you, always available when you need them most.

What Are The Benefits Of Breathwork?
Our breath is such a sacred tool, it is our connection to our soul, spirit and god. As long as we have breath in our lungs, we are alive in this reality, and once our breath goes, so does our time on earth.
That being said, learning to use our breath as a tool on a day-to-day basis is one of the deepest and most accessible tools we have to heal, calm the nervous system, and enhance our mind body spirit connection.
Breathwork helps us learn to connect to our body. Once we can connect to our body, we can understand where we have stagnant emotions.
Once we see those stagnant emotions, breathwork also helps us release them, which helps us heal.
Breathwork also helps us regulate our nervous system, so as the ebbs and flows of life hit us on a daily basis, having tools to help us regulate our nervous system can help us handle those situations less impulsively or reactively, and more intentionally and mindfully.
This is a tool that once we are able to understand how to properly use it, we forever have access to calm, to balance, to regulation, and to the divine.
How I Got Into This World of Different Spiritual Practices
I spent a lot of my life really curious about my relationship to my spirituality, and if I look back on it now I had many moments as a child or adolescent in which I had some deeply spiritual moments.
I remember before I started on my spiritual path, I struggled with my mental health (depression, social anxiety and generalized anxiety along with a panic disorder) that really ran my life, and I had come to a point in which I felt I needed to accept that this was just my life, how life was meant to be lived for me.
One day, I met my current partner who helped me see that there was another way, through the power of faith, the breath, and understanding that we are larger than this reality, we are a soul, a piece of the divine, having a human experience.
It kickstarted my journey towards my spiritual practice
Once I had a taste of the spiritual path, my medicine of choice became yoga and meditation, especially yoga. I’ve always loved to move, and yoga offered a dynamic way for me to connect with my breath and body. As I began a consistent practice, I noticed immediate shifts, not just in how I felt, but in the world around me.
Souls began to come to me, in dreams and in waking life, asking for help to cross over. I started receiving messages from beyond, gentle whispers that affirmed what I already sensed deep inside.
Physically and emotionally, I felt stronger, more balanced, more alive. My panic attacks became rare. My depression lifted. I felt grounded, joyful, and in tune with myself. I had become a glowing ball of sunshine, ready to share love and light wherever it was needed most.
A few years into my journey, life reminded me that healing isn’t always linear.
I faced new challenges, being diagnosed and then healing celiac disease, navigating life abroad in Italy, and feeling completely stuck about what direction to take.
I knew I had so much love to give, but I couldn’t see my own value yet. I didn’t fully recognise the spiritual and practical tools I had gathered, the ones that could genuinely change someone’s life.
It took the gentle, loving mirrors of my partner, close friends, and family to help me realise just how much I had to offer.
Every time I held space for someone, I could feel the truth of my purpose in my heart. I noticed how much deeper the transformation was when I let my intuition and spirituality guide the work.
And the more people I helped, the fuller and more aligned I felt.
Now, I feel truly blessed to walk alongside others as they remember who they are, helping them feel just a little bit clearer, fuller, and closer to their soul’s path.
If discovering more about breathwork fascinates you, I’d love to connect with you on Instagram.
